Other Details to Note

The third full bathroom is outside of the main house and adjacent to the backyard deck. We have not advertised the backyard besides the deck area and pickleball court because we are still in process of having it landscaped. However, it is fully fenced in and is private and available to you.

The home is a short drive from a group of barrier islands with the closest known to locals as Mad Beach (for Madeira Beach). Meaning it is right next to gorgeous white sandy beaches and all of the water activities of the calm intracoastal waterways. The beach is frequently ranked in the top 20 beaches in the country according to Tripadvisor. The vibe is relaxed and oozes Old Florida charm. The home is situated in a family friendly residential neighborhood and is also only a short 10 minute drive from the county's top tourist attraction, John's Pass Village. Named after a pirate, John Levique, who made the first voyage through the Pass. It is a quaint fishing village with over 50 shops, restaurants, water activity rentals, and tours. Stroll along the boardwalk for a scoop of home-made ice cream, or dine at one of the waterfront restaurants.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard aside from the shed located next to the backyard gate.

Gene and Sasha’s home was such a pleasure to stay in! They were very accommodating and responsive. The home had all the amenities our group needed, and being able to grill out and play pickle ball was so fun. We were able to sleep 8 adults with more than enough room, and the beds were very comfortable. We hope we can come stay again soon!

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super photogenic!! every corner was a vibe! Gene and Sasha were amazing hosts and thought of everything. The location is incredibly accessible, and there were so many fun activities on-site that I didn’t even need to leave to have a good time. Whether you're looking to relax or explore St. Pete, this place is a gem. I’d 100% stay here again!

Being hosted at Gene and Sasha's Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! Their home accommodated my family and friends very well. From the backyard space with the field and covered patio to the games and beach equipment provided! They were very responsive host and had detailed responses on any questions and concerns my family and I had. Their home was also very close to many activities and restaurants, like Outback Steakhouse, Publix, and Madeira Beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to any family looking to have a carefree and enjoyable stay.

This was one of the few occasions where the house was better in person than it was in the pictures. A group of high school friends got together and stayed here for a long weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gene and Sasha‘s. They were overly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Our family of six adults visited St. Petersburg for our nephew's graduation from law school. This location was perfect because we were able to take advantage of the beach as well. Gene & Sasha were extremely responsive and flexible. Upon arrival a generous basket of goodies were left for our enjoyment. The house was clean and well equipped for eating in and grilling out. The pickleball court was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you to Gene and Sasha!

Such a perfect holiday home. A fabulous location for the beach and the house has absolutely everything you need for a trip to the beach and more. The house was spotlessly clean and we were so grateful for the treats Gene and Sasha had left out for us after arriving late at night. The pickleball court was the perfect icing on the cake! Gene and Saha were so helpful in providing recommendations and helpful tips too. It made for an all round perfect holiday.

Excellent accommodations - spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the beach! We really enjoyed the space, which had many thoughtful touches. The hosts were very communicative, provided snacks and coffee, and shared local tips. The beds were comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the back patio. This place is in a great location, just a short drive to Madeira Beach. You won't be disappointed!

We had a great time staying at Gene and Sashs's house. we were traveling with family including my 1yr and 5 yr Olds. The house had plenty of space for all of us. we enjoyed dinner outside with a dance party on the deck with the backyard projector. The pickle ball court was great. And they had all the small things you could think of covered. The beds were VERY comfortable, hotel quality. They answered my questions before and during and even helped with an early check in (bc no one was there the night before). They had extras for the baby, it was so nice not to bring the pack and play. The one they had was clean and a real Graco so my sheets and extra matress fit perfectly. We also had a rain day and it was so nice to have a place where we could relax inside all day also. We would stay again.
