We had the best stay here! Gene and Sasha were incredibly helpful providing local recommendations and extremely responsive as well as proactive with anything we might need during the stay. The house was exactly as described and super cute. Pickle ball court was the highlight of the trip. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Staying at Gene and Sasha's was perfect. The location is extremely close to a very pretty beach. The front bedroom is on somewhat of a busy street but it didn't bother us at all and we are kind of picky. For our family, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a must. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a lot and a clean nice grill. The beds were super comfortable. AC worked great. Parking was easy. Everything was super clean. Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in and we stay at a lot. The hosts were extremely responsive. This is a 5+ star for sure!

We had a great stay here! The place was super cute, clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were very friendly and responsive throughout our stay and gave us some great local recommendations, which we really appreciated. Communication was easy and everything about the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Gene & Sasha were great hosts. The house was beautiful and perfect for large families/groups. They had everything you could need already there including kitchen supplies, games, and beach towels/chairs. Our group had an awesome trip to Treasure Island!

Our stay was incredible, not only was the house spotless and exactly what we needed but they also went above and beyond by providing anything we could have needed to make the stay better. Gene and Sasha were proactive in recommending restaurants and things to do in the area before we even arrived as well as if there was ever any issues or things we needed, they would respond almost immediately and have supplies delivered to the house within hours of asking. Overall incredible hosts with a great house and we will definitely be back in the future! Could not recommend them more

We spent a long weekend at Gene and Sasha’s place and had the most spectacular visit! They provided wonderful recommendations prior to our visit. They were proactive in their communication and flexible with questions that arouse over the weekend. Their home is extremely clean and comfortable and perfect for our group of 6. We fell in love with the area and would definitely return! One of the best stays I’ve ever had!

The house was super cute and beachy! Felt right at home soon as we got there. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating on allowing us an early and late checkout due to our own travel issues that arose. Had a very sweet welcome gift and hand written note for me when I came in as well as sending me a list of recommendations. I do live locally about 10 minutes from the property and will definitely be using their property again! Short walk to the beach and even the local marina which we walked to when getting a boat. It was very clean as well and spacious.

Gene and Sasha are great hosts. Appreciated the snack basket and welcoming message. The entire house was clean. Comfortable beds. The pickleball court is A++. Very easy to check in and out. Extremely responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again.
