My family and I enjoyed our stay at Gene and Sasha's. They were quick to respond with any questions.
The pickle ball court and back deck made for a fun hangout. Lots to do in the area. We talked about making a trip back to the area in the future and the family requested we try to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

8 of us stayed here for a girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! The house was even nicer than in the photos and was thoughtfully decorated. Madeira beach is a 5 minute drive away and downtown St. Pete about a 30 minute drive, while the house itself is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Gene and Sasha left us a basket of snacks and a card and gave wonderful recommendations which was so kind and we were so appreciative! They were also immediately responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend their property and would love to stay in it again!

Great place to stay, especially if you play pickleball!! Very clean inside with all amenities needed.
Location was perfect for us - a quick drive to beach access and John’s Pass.

The house is beautiful, was clean and smelled great, and was well-stocked. Comfortable beds too. We were greeted to a welcome basket of snacks and a handwritten letter! So cute. The host was incredibly responsive, had great recommendations, and responded quickly. And best of all, TWO BLOCKS from the beach!! We walked back and forth several times and it was just so convenient. Plus, that area of the beach isn’t very busy at all (at least it wasn’t when we went).
All of this for a super reasonable price! I can’t recommend this house enough. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Gene and Sasha’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable, and cozy. We loved the convenience of being able to walk across the street to the beach and over the bridge to John’s Pass. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Everything about our stay was easy and that’s the best kind of vacation!

We stayed at Gene and Sasha’s place for my sister’s bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was clean, beautiful, and in an ideal location. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy for us. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect home for their trip!

We had the best stay here! Gene and Sasha were incredibly helpful providing local recommendations and extremely responsive as well as proactive with anything we might need during the stay. The house was exactly as described and super cute. Pickle ball court was the highlight of the trip. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Staying at Gene and Sasha's was perfect. The location is extremely close to a very pretty beach. The front bedroom is on somewhat of a busy street but it didn't bother us at all and we are kind of picky. For our family, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a must. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a lot and a clean nice grill. The beds were super comfortable. AC worked great. Parking was easy. Everything was super clean. Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in and we stay at a lot. The hosts were extremely responsive. This is a 5+ star for sure!

We had a great stay here! The place was super cute, clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were very friendly and responsive throughout our stay and gave us some great local recommendations, which we really appreciated. Communication was easy and everything about the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was incredible, not only was the house spotless and exactly what we needed but they also went above and beyond by providing anything we could have needed to make the stay better. Gene and Sasha were proactive in recommending restaurants and things to do in the area before we even arrived as well as if there was ever any issues or things we needed, they would respond almost immediately and have supplies delivered to the house within hours of asking. Overall incredible hosts with a great house and we will definitely be back in the future! Could not recommend them more
