Neighborhood

The home is on a barrier island known to locals as TI (for Treasure Island), which means it is surrounded by gorgeous white sandy beaches on one side and the calm intracoastal waters on the other. The beach is frequently ranked in the top 20 beaches in the country according to Tripadvisor. The vibe is relaxed and oozes Old Florida charm. It is also only a short 10 minute walk from the county's top tourist attraction, John's Pass Village. Named after a pirate, John Levique, who made the first voyage through the Pass. It is a quaint fishing village with over 50 shops and restaurants. Stroll along the boardwalk for a scoop of home-made ice cream, or dine at one of the waterfront restaurants.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard aside from the shed located next to the car port.

Staying at Gene and Sasha's was perfect. The location is extremely close to a very pretty beach. The front bedroom is on somewhat of a busy street but it didn't bother us at all and we are kind of picky. For our family, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a must. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a lot and a clean nice grill. The beds were super comfortable. AC worked great. Parking was easy. Everything was super clean. Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in and we stay at a lot. The hosts were extremely responsive. This is a 5+ star for sure!

Gene & Sasha were great hosts. The house was beautiful and perfect for large families/groups. They had everything you could need already there including kitchen supplies, games, and beach towels/chairs. Our group had an awesome trip to Treasure Island!

We spent a long weekend at Gene and Sasha’s place and had the most spectacular visit! They provided wonderful recommendations prior to our visit. They were proactive in their communication and flexible with questions that arouse over the weekend. Their home is extremely clean and comfortable and perfect for our group of 6. We fell in love with the area and would definitely return! One of the best stays I’ve ever had!

The house was super cute and beachy! Felt right at home soon as we got there. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating on allowing us an early and late checkout due to our own travel issues that arose. Had a very sweet welcome gift and hand written note for me when I came in as well as sending me a list of recommendations. I do live locally about 10 minutes from the property and will definitely be using their property again! Short walk to the beach and even the local marina which we walked to when getting a boat. It was very clean as well and spacious.

Great house. Very clean. Sasha and Gene were quick to respond when we had a slow draining shower and it was fixed within a few hours. They also checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had a great experience. The house was perfect for relaxing as well as has a great kitchen for preparing meals. The pedestrian crossing with flashing lights is right outside the front door and makes getting to the beach very easy. There is a lot of road noise with being right next to a busy street, but it does calm down at night and did not interfere with our sleep. Overall a great place to stay during our vacation.

One of my favorite Airbnbs so far! We booked for Thanksgiving week and absolutely loved Gene and Sasha's home. The location is ideal for going to the beach and for walking across the bridge to John's Pass -- surprisingly lots to do within walking distance. Also easy to park a few cars and to drive around Treasure Island and the surrounding areas. We had plenty of space within the house to hang out, have some meals together (including hosting Thanksgiving dinner!), and really feel at home. I have some great memories from our stay and would not hesitate to return next time we're in the area.

There are 4 parking spots (2 covered and 2 more in a private driveway). There are several free beach ride options available that operate on tips. You can also hop on the paid Suncoast Beach Trolley, which has a stop right in front of the home on the corner and cruises up and down Gulf Boulevard between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach, passing each stop every half-hour. John's Pass Village offers paid parking, but is also walking distance from the home.
