Absolutely perfect stay at this house. Two minute walk to the beach. Really, really comfy beds, lots of privacy between the bedrooms and loved having a bathrooms for each bedroom. Short walk or drive to restaurants, the grocery store, and lots of other things to do. The hosts are absolutely excellent and went above & behind to let us check in early. The property managers were super friendly. Our teens love downtown St Pete. We will definitely return!

We had a pleasant stay here overall. The home was easy to find and very close to the beaches, which made it a great location. The neighborhood was quiet with no noise at night, so it was very peaceful.
The place itself was very clean, smelled fresh, and felt welcoming. The bathroom water pressure was a little low, but everything was spotless and well-kept. The ice maker wasn’t working when we arrived, but once I let the owner know, they had water and ice delivered the very next morning, which was extremely accommodating and appreciated. The front door lock was also a bit tricky, but I notified the owner and they assured us it will be fixed.
Overall, it was a good stay with responsive hosts who took care of things quickly. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, clean place near the beach.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach and a 15 minute stroll to John’s Pass for shops and restaurants. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of six had a blast. The hosts were fantastic, quick to respond and happy to accommodate any of our needs. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing family beach getaway. We will definitely be back!

Gene and Sasha’s place was fantastic. Pictures were exactly like they looked. Beautifully decorated. Super clean. 4 minute walk to the beach for early morning swim and workout then we explored the museums of st Pete during the day only to return for evening relaxation and walk to the beach for amazing sunset/swim. Perfect west coast getaway. Gene and Sasha were awesome hosts. When we arrived we had a thoughtful note plus a basket of goodies to snack on. Great way to start our getaway.
The rooms were comfortable, very spacious and decorated clean and beautifully, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Multiple balconies front and back. Loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Gene and Sasha.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (and even better). The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the little touches—like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to explore.
I truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free place to stay!.

We loved our time at Gene and Sasha's house. We were a group of 10, and the house was perfect for that number of people. We all played pickleball and had a lot of fun. Gene and Sasha are very responsive — when we arrived, we noticed there was no propane for the grill, and Gene promptly responded and resolved the issue. We had a great time.

This place was fantastic! Just one block away from a secluded part of the beach and the house itself was gorgeous! We particularly enjoyed the third floor roof where we could see the sunset. The kitchen was very well supplied with cooking utensils and the bedrooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Any issues we had were resolved with Gene and Sasha. They were super responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a beach getaway with family, friends, or loved ones!

Five Stars all around!
Gene & Sasha are incredible hosts that offer a beautiful home to all guests. They accommodated us with any request and we’re extremely responsive throughout our stay.
They allowed for a group of old college friends to get back together and make some great memories.
Will absolutely be back to visit in the near future, we are entertaining the idea of making this an annual trip.

Gene and Sasha’s home was such a pleasure to stay in! They were very accommodating and responsive. The home had all the amenities our group needed, and being able to grill out and play pickle ball was so fun. We were able to sleep 8 adults with more than enough room, and the beds were very comfortable. We hope we can come stay again soon!

Amazing Airbnbs! One of the best I’ve stayed in! It’s super clean, well decorated, the beds are comfortable, and very spacious! Gene and Sasha are incredibly responsive and accommodating! Couldn’t recommend more, and I would love to come back!
