House is stocked with all the basics (paper towels, soaps (laundry, kitchen, and bath.) and beyond to make settling in super easy. The wall to the beach is super short and the beach is AMAZING. Appreciate the beach equipment and games. The spaces are well laid out and comfortable to be in - would stay here again! Hosts are very responsive and helpful. As some reviewers have said, the road noise can be pretty loud on one side of the house in the evening but with sound machines and/or ear plugs you’ll sleep peacefully on those comfy beds. We had a wonderful stay thank you!

House was very beautiful and in a great location! A lot of space to accommodate our friends. Very clean and extra supplies to make you feel right at home. We will definitely be booking this home again next year!

Gene and Sasha were wonderful hosts and we so much appreciated their hospitality and responsiveness during our stay. Their home was perfect for our kids (pickleball court / large back yard / high chair / pack n play & some beach toys etc) and they went above and beyond and were so flexible with our check in and check out times as we navigated our travel. Traveling with kids is never easy, but having a home / host like theirs made all the difference! We would love to visit again soon! 🩷

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place has everything you want in an Airbnb: looks exactly like the photos, immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable beds, great water pressure, and every amenity you might want. It’s in a great location - so close to a nice quiet beach and a short walk over the drawbridge to John’s Pass, with shops and restaurants. What really set this place apart was the hosts, who provided a large basket of snacks with a handwritten welcome note. They let us have an early check-in and were very responsive when we needed something. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

this house is in an unassuming neighborhood and doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is ‘wowzers’!! the layout was perfect for our family of 6 who were there for a wedding. the decor is beachy, adorable, and fun! we had everything we needed. unfortunately, our weekend was so full, we didn’t get to take advantage of the pickleball court, but when we’re back in the area, this little gem will be at the top of our list of places to stay!

Perfect and comfortable for our family of 6 and 2 babies! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that was one block away. We also enjoyed being minutes away from the boardwalk to pop over for dinner and shopping.
Gene and Sasha were kind and responsive and helpful whenever something came up.

Just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay! It was very nice to have two bedrooms on one side with a bathroom and two bedrooms on the other side with a bathroom - we had two families so it was very nice to have the split floor plan.

Absolutely perfect stay at this house. Two minute walk to the beach. Really, really comfy beds, lots of privacy between the bedrooms and loved having a bathrooms for each bedroom. Short walk or drive to restaurants, the grocery store, and lots of other things to do. The hosts are absolutely excellent and went above & behind to let us check in early. The property managers were super friendly. Our teens love downtown St Pete. We will definitely return!

We had a pleasant stay here overall. The home was easy to find and very close to the beaches, which made it a great location. The neighborhood was quiet with no noise at night, so it was very peaceful.
The place itself was very clean, smelled fresh, and felt welcoming. The bathroom water pressure was a little low, but everything was spotless and well-kept. The ice maker wasn’t working when we arrived, but once I let the owner know, they had water and ice delivered the very next morning, which was extremely accommodating and appreciated. The front door lock was also a bit tricky, but I notified the owner and they assured us it will be fixed.
Overall, it was a good stay with responsive hosts who took care of things quickly. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, clean place near the beach.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach and a 15 minute stroll to John’s Pass for shops and restaurants. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of six had a blast. The hosts were fantastic, quick to respond and happy to accommodate any of our needs. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing family beach getaway. We will definitely be back!
