The Blue Doors

This place was fantastic! Just one block away from a secluded part of the beach and the house itself was gorgeous! We particularly enjoyed the third floor roof where we could see the sunset. The kitchen was very well supplied with cooking utensils and the bedrooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Any issues we had were resolved with Gene and Sasha. They were super responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a beach getaway with family, friends, or loved ones!

Five Stars all around! Gene & Sasha are incredible hosts that offer a beautiful home to all guests. They accommodated us with any request and we’re extremely responsive throughout our stay. They allowed for a group of old college friends to get back together and make some great memories. Will absolutely be back to visit in the near future, we are entertaining the idea of making this an annual trip. - 5 min walk to beach (doorstep to toes in the sand) - Great Area & Location - Easy Uber anywhere Stay here!!!

Gene and Sasha’s home was such a pleasure to stay in! They were very accommodating and responsive. The home had all the amenities our group needed, and being able to grill out and play pickle ball was so fun. We were able to sleep 8 adults with more than enough room, and the beds were very comfortable. We hope we can come stay again soon!

Amazing Airbnbs! One of the best I’ve stayed in! It’s super clean, well decorated, the beds are comfortable, and very spacious! Gene and Sasha are incredibly responsive and accommodating! Couldn’t recommend more, and I would love to come back!

Gene and Sasha were awesome hosts! They were friendly and responsive the whole way, even letting us check in early as our party arrived from out of town. The house was clean, contained plenty of the necessities and was a quick, convenient walk from the beach. Overall they made the process quick and easy, and I would visit again given the chance.

Our stay was phenomenal. We had quite the busy itinerary. This place was comfortable and easily accommodated our 10 guests. It is very easy to walk to John’s Pass and Madeira Beach’s town from the AirBnB. Plus a beautiful, quiet beach is basically across the street. We went fishing on a charter through Hubbard’s Marina, went golfing at Mangrove Bay Golf Course, and took Ubers to downtown St. Pete for dinners and bars. Gene and Sasha are easily the best hosts I have had thus far on AirBnB and made our stay perfect. The location is great and if you are looking for a relaxing beach stay or an adventurous trip (like we were), this is the perfect place!

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super photogenic!! every corner was a vibe! Gene and Sasha were amazing hosts and thought of everything. The location is incredibly accessible, and there were so many fun activities on-site that I didn’t even need to leave to have a good time. Whether you're looking to relax or explore St. Pete, this place is a gem. I’d 100% stay here again!

Being hosted at Gene and Sasha's Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! Their home accommodated my family and friends very well. From the backyard space with the field and covered patio to the games and beach equipment provided! They were very responsive host and had detailed responses on any questions and concerns my family and I had. Their home was also very close to many activities and restaurants, like Outback Steakhouse, Publix, and Madeira Beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to any family looking to have a carefree and enjoyable stay.

This was one of the few occasions where the house was better in person than it was in the pictures. A group of high school friends got together and stayed here for a long weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gene and Sasha‘s. They were overly communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Gene and Sasha were super responsive throughout the entire process of our trip. Their home was very spacious, had various balconies, and overall felt very comfortable, clean, and safe. It is right next to the beach and the boardwalk which gave us plenty to do during our downtime. Me and my 7 friends had a great time there, I would highly recommend this home if you are interested!
